Your Healing Touch

Lord our marriage needs so much,

it needs your healing – it needs your touch.

Our hearts are broken – the pain we feel,

we try to fix – what you must heal.

We feel so lonely – what have we done,

we long for closeness – to feel as one.

How can we hurt – the one we love,

the gift you gave – from up above.

A mate to help – a love to share,

when we feel bad – someone to care.

Lord I know, in you there’s hope,

you give us patience – you help us cope.

Your blessing upon us – you would give,

if through you Jesus – we would live.

We need you Jesus – to impart,

a special healing – to our heart.

Help us Lord to keep your plan,

heal us with your loving hand.
