Thank you
Lord for this another day.
There’s so
much you have given, so much I want to say.
I wake up
in the morning your Word I do desire,
to fill me
with your Spirit, to light me with your fire.
To give me
hope and reason to tell a world so lost,
you sacrificed
your only Son, we should have paid the cost.
But now my
day is brighter and lonely I am not.
You’re with
me every moment, a friend in you I’ve got.
A Father
you have promised to be to all that see,
that Jesus is
their Savior, he died for you and me.
Our hope is
in his power, the resurrected Son.
The price
for sin is paid in full, the victory is won.
Revelation
12:11
And they
overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and
by the word
of their testimony; and they loved not
