Why do we
often fail, to share God’s saving love.
To
tell them about Jesus, our Savior from above.
God wants
us sharing daily, forgiveness in his son.
Their sins
can be forgiven, the victory Jesus won.
Their past
is not the issue, God looks upon their heart.
Repentance
is what’s needed; from sin they need to part.
Some think
that works will buy them, a place on heavens shore.
But grace
is why God saves us, not if were rich or poor.
Now if you’re
feeling empty, no peace or joy to find.
Jesus is
the answer, he’s loving and he’s kind.
He’ll fill
you with his Spirit; he will cleanse you with his blood.
He is our
living water, an everlasting flood.
And as for
me – a Christian, I hope I never quit.
My job is
sharing Jesus, till in heaven I shall sit.
Acts
Repent ye
therefore, and be converted, that your sins
may be blotted
out, when the times of refreshing
shall come from the
presence of the Lord;
