My life is
but a vessel, my body just a tool.
To spread
your love to others, to tell them they need you.
My feet
were made for walking, to where your Spirit leads.
To plant
God’s Word in the heart of man, there are no greater deeds.
My hands
were made for praying, my arms for hugging tight.
To show
them that I love them, to share your shining light.
My heart is
for compassion, a burden in my soul.
To help the
lost know Jesus, the only way to go.
My eyes
were made for seeing, all their hurts and needs.
To have
God’s tears of compassion, and plant his loving seed.
My ears
were made for listening, to what God has to say.
He is my
Lord and Savior, in him I must obey.
Philippians
1:20
According
to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in
nothing I shall be
ashamed, but that with all boldness,
as always, so
now also Christ shall be magnified in
my body,
whether it be by life, or by death.
