Hearts can
be so fragile; when broke we feel such pain.
The tears
that come from being hurt, are like a pouring rain.
We seek for
assurance, that things will be okay.
We are
longing for contentment and for a brighter day.
We know
that you’re the answer Lord, our pain you can relate.
As you
suffered on that rugged cross, your love most saw to late.
You only
came to give us life and forgive us of so much.
And cleanse
us from unrighteousness and heal us with your touch.

for your mercy, it reached my inner soul.
You healed
