Are we
really, really thankful, for all that God has done.
From
the blessing of our children, to the warmth of our sun.
God has
blessed us as a nation; none have it quite as good.
And yet we
turn our back on God, we don’t love him like we should.
Help us
Lord to focus on the blessings that you gave.
The
biggest, our salvation and victory from the grave.
What will
it take to show us, God holds us in his hand.
Without the
blessings of our Lord, our lives are stinking sand.
Your love
is everlasting, but jealous you can be.
When
anythings more important, then the love we have for thee.
Lord help
us to remember, the greatest love you shared.
You gave
your Son to save us; you showed us that you cared.
Deuteronomy
6:15
For the
Lord thy God is a jealous God
among you lest
the anger of the Lord
thy God be
kindled against thee,
and destroy
thee from off the
face of the
earth.
